I highly recommend this company, I was in need of a new furnace ASAP, this weather was too cold for me and my newborn. I was very satisfied with their customer service throughout the whole process, their technician even tried to fix my 30 year old furnace but it was no good. I’m thankful to have gotten a new furnace in less than week with their busy schedule, I can’t believe they were able to squeeze us in between Xmas and new years!
We even got a few quotes from other companies and we decided to move forward with Gg because of their fair pricing, customer service and professionalism.

Wow .. what wonderful customer service.. I called this morning for need of service for my AC unit… The lady on the phone was so polite and understanding.. she was able to get me an appointment today.. middle of heat wave.. I am very much appreciative … ,, around 3 pm… Steven (very respectful and kind) technician showed up , asked couple of questions and when right to problem solving. Fixed my Ac unit in 10 mins.. Calling around other Heating & AC providers it was hard to get someone out in a timely manner (sometimes waiting almost a week for an appointment).
GG and Israel were absolutely amazing! Rapid response, great customer service and efficient!!! Israel arrived and was very quick to asses and fix the problem. Definitely will be using them again.

Best AC service I have ever had! Israel, the technician, was informative, fast and very friendly. I reached out to several HVAC companies, and they all told me they could come out for a look in a few days. As soon as I contacted GG they told me they could be out in 30 minutes. Israel tested my air conditioning unit for about 20 minutes, and got it working again with an inexpensive part. It actually wound up costing me a few hundred dollars less than I thought it would. This company is fast, fair, and affordable. No price gouging. I will absolutely use them again!

Isreal is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. We had some difficult decisions to make – just get AC or replace our furnace too. Isreal fielded our many questions about the pro/cons, and cost of each scenario. His prices are reasonable and he updated quotes as we refined what we wanted. His work is impecable, he’s a good communicator and spends time showing you the work and walking you through everything you need to know about your new equipment or setup. I wouldn’t have changed a thing about our experience and would highly recommend him. FYI: We used him for residential work – central AC, furnace and attic fan – but he is also licensed for commercial.
